Official UEFA Finals Stadiums 2025, 2026 & 2027
EUROPA LEAGUE FINAL 2025 STADIUM.
First up, let’s talk about the 2025 Europa League Final venue.
San Mamés Stadium in Bilbao, Spain will host this prestigious match.
With a capacity of 53,000 spectators, this architectural gem replaced the old “Cathedral” of Spanish football in 2013.
What makes San Mamés special is its striking exterior lighting system that illuminates the Bilbao skyline.
The design maximizes natural light with its unique semi-transparent facade, creating an incredible atmosphere inside.

CONFERENCE LEAGUE FINAL 2025 STADIUM.
Moving to the 2025 Conference League Final, we head to Wrocław Stadium in Poland.
This 45,000-capacity venue, home to Śląsk Wrocław, was originally built for Euro 2012 and represents some of the best modern stadium design in Eastern Europe.
The atmosphere here is electric during matches, with the acoustics specifically engineered to amplify crowd noise – something UEFA certainly considered when selecting this venue.
CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL 2025 STADIUM.
Now for the big one – the 2025 Champions League Final will be held at Allianz Arena in Munich, Germany.
Home to Bayern Munich, this 75,000-seat stadium is instantly recognizable for its unique exterior of inflated ETFE plastic panels that can change color.
During Bayern matches, it glows a magnificent red, but for the Champions League final, expect to see it illuminated in UEFA’s signature blue.
The Allianz previously hosted the 2012 Champions League Final – and what a story that was! Bayern, playing in their home stadium, dramatically lost to Chelsea on penalties in what locals painfully call “Finale dahoam” (final at home). Maybe in 2025, a German team will have a chance to rewrite that history?
EUROPA LEAGUE FINAL 2026 VENUE.
For 2026, the Europa League Final moves to BeÅŸiktaÅŸ Stadium in Istanbul, Turkey.
This spectacular 42,000-seat venue opened in 2016 and offers something few stadiums in the world can match – breathtaking views of the Bosphorus Strait, where Europe meets Asia.
The stadium is renowned for its acoustics – it once recorded a crowd noise of 132 decibels, which is literally as loud as a jet engine!
For visitors concerned about Istanbul’s infamous traffic, there’s good news. The stadium connects directly to metro lines and ferry terminals, making it one of the most accessible venues in our lineup.
CONFERENCE LEAGUE FINAL 2026 VENUE.
For the 2026 Conference League Final, we head to the RedBull Arena in Leipzig, Germany.
This modern 47,000-capacity stadium is home to RB Leipzig and represents the cutting edge of German stadium design.
Opened in 2004 and extensively renovated when RedBull took ownership, it’s now one of the most technologically advanced venues in Europe.
What makes this stadium unique is its steepness – the stands have an impressive 37-degree incline, one of the steepest in Europe, placing fans incredibly close to the action. The atmosphere this creates is absolutely electric.
You might not know that the RedBull Arena was actually the first Bundesliga stadium to switch entirely to LED floodlights, reducing energy consumption by 60% compared to traditional lighting.
This commitment to sustainability aligns perfectly with UEFA’s environmental goals for modern tournament venues.
CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL 2026 VENUE.
The 2026 Champions League Final brings us to Puskás Aréna in Budapest, Hungary.
This 67,000-capacity stadium, opened in 2019, is named after legendary Hungarian footballer Ferenc Puskás and was built on the site of the original Puskás Ferenc Stadium.
What many don’t appreciate is how this stadium beautifully balances modernity with history.
While it’s a completely new structure, it incorporates elements from the original stadium, including the iconic central tower that’s been preserved as a museum.
The Puskás Aréna has already proven itself on the international stage, having hosted four matches during Euro 2020 (played in 2021).
Budapest’s selection reflects UEFA’s commitment to bringing major finals to diverse locations across Europe, not just the traditional football powerhouses.
EUROPA LEAGUE FINAL 2027 VENUE.
Looking ahead to 2027, the Europa League Final will be played at Stadion Frankfurt, also known as Deutsche Bank Park, in Frankfurt, Germany.
This 58,000-capacity venue has a rich history in German football as the home of Eintracht Frankfurt.
Originally opened in 1925, it has been extensively renovated several times, most recently in 2020.
What’s fascinating about this stadium is its transformative journey. From hosting matches in the 1974 World Cup to being completely rebuilt for the 2006 World Cup, it represents nearly a century of football history while offering modern amenities.
The stadium is known for its unique roof design that covers all seating areas while leaving the pitch open to natural elements.
And Frankfurt fans are renowned for creating one of the best atmospheres in German football, with their impressive choreographed displays.
CONFERENCE LEAGUE FINAL 2027 VENUE.
For the 2027 Conference League Final, we return to BeÅŸiktaÅŸ Stadium in Istanbul, Turkey.
We’ve already covered many of its spectacular features when discussing the 2026 Europa League Final, but it’s worth noting how rare it is for a stadium to host finals in different UEFA competitions in consecutive years. This shows UEFA’s confidence in both the venue and Istanbul’s ability to host major football events.
Istanbul’s selection for multiple finals also represents UEFA’s commitment to bridging European football across the continent’s geographical boundaries, literally at the meeting point of Europe and Asia.
The stadium’s proximity to the heart of Istanbul means visitors can easily combine the match with experiencing one of the world’s most historically and culturally rich cities.
From the Hagia Sophia to the Grand Bazaar, the football experience extends well beyond the 90 minutes on the pitch.
CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL 2027 VENUE.
And finally, the 2027 Champions League Final will take place at Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium in Madrid, Spain.
Home to Atlético Madrid since 2017, this 68,000-seat arena already has Champions League Final experience, having hosted the 2019 all-English final between Liverpool and Tottenham.
What makes the Metropolitano special is how it combines ultra-modern facilities with Atlético’s passionate atmosphere.
The steep stands place fans incredibly close to the action, creating an intimidating wall of sound.
The stadium’s transformation story is remarkable. Originally built as part of Madrid’s failed Olympic bids, it sat partially completed for years before Atlético purchased and redesigned it.
Finally
And there you have it – nine magnificent stadiums prepared to host European football’s biggest nights from 2025 to 2027.
From the iconic color-changing Allianz Arena to the Bosphorus views at BeÅŸiktaÅŸ Stadium, from the historic Puskás Aréna to the ultra-modern Metropolitano in Madrid – each venue brings something unique to these prestigious finals.
