Moody center is the world-class multi-purpose arena used to host various concerts,basketball games and other entertaining programs. It is situated on the campus of University of Texas in Austin, Texas. Moody Center is the home of University of Texas Men’s and women’s Basketball teams.

Moody Center is named in honor of the Moody Foundation as they gave a $130M grant to the University of Texas.

Moody Center ATX Seating Capacity
Moody center has a seating capacity of 15,000 seats for a concert or event. It can also be transformed into a basketball game venue with a seating capacity of 10,000 seats.

100 level Seating Chart- Moody Center Austin tx
Moody Center ATX 100 level seating or lower level seating comes with the best view as it is closer to stage or basketball court.
Lower level of Moody Center has 24 sections i.e. section 101 to section 124. Each section has about 24 rows in each. Texas and visitors benches are in this section.
The Texas team has a seating section in front of section 118 and the visiting team has a seating section in front of section 120.
Accessible seats for differently able persons are also available at the Lower Level sections. You will find a “W” suffix on tickets in accessible areas. (e.g. – Section 115W).

Dell Technologies club Seating
Rows A-X of sections 106,107 and 108 are Dell Technology Club Seats in Moody Center ATX. These club seats are one of the best seats inside the arena to watch a concert or a game.

Germania establishment club seating at Moody center is the premium seating section located on the north sideline. First 10 rows of section 105-109 are for Germania Club.

Indeed club seating
Indeed club seating is located in the south sideline of the court in section 118-120. Moody center seating with rows numbered A-X are Indeed Club seats in these sections.
For a basketball game rows AA-HH are added specially for the students of University of Texas as student section.
The good part of this Indeed Club seating is Texas and visitor team benches are in front of section 118 and section 120. Watch your favorite player closely and enjoy.
This club section has direct access to the premium private lounge area and offers a great view of the court.
Moody Center seating chart- 200 Level Seating
The 200 level section at Moody Center ATX is the upper level section of the arena. Upper level has 16 sections from section 205 to section 215.
Each 200 level section has around 15 rows at Moody Center.
If you want to save some money, you can buy a ticket from section 209-216. This is the cheapest seating level at Moody Center for the concert and game and at the far end of the court behind the basket/in the corner for Texas basketball.
The view is decent from sideline sections as you can see in the Moody Center seating chart. Try to avoid sitting in the corner section i.e. section 205 and section 215 as these sections can have restricted view.
